dimity_blueI rang my housing association about it and they had no idea what I was talking about. "Are you sure it was one of our contractors?" they asked.
Apparently, the cement fairies are alive, and well, and working in my area.
The lady on the phone said she'll contact the housing association's scheduling team to see who was working in my area and which jobs they were actually supposed to do. I should get a call back.
In the meantime, I rang Ocado to ask them to inform my delivery driver that he'll need to use next door's path.
I really hope I get my shopping!
