 I've been watching Stargate SG1. So they step through the Stargate to a waiting crowd and Daniel collapses without a word. Teal'c takes him back to the SGC while Jack and Sam carry on with meeting their potential allies.

Daniel wakes in the infirmary and seems normal, aside from occasional delirious shouting. Gen. Hammond is concerned but tells Dr. Frazier he'll mosey along to his office. Dr. F. is concerned about Gen. H. and his moseying.

Is Gen. H. infected too? Is Daniel's collapse related to their allies? Will there be an outbreak of cowboy related dialogue in the SGC?

The potential for hurt/comfort seemed high. My excitement mounted... And then I woke up.

I'm so disappointed this isn't an ep I'm watching. Even though the plot seemed to be lacking in logic.

Stargate SG1. It's been years since I've watched it and I'd forgotten how good it can be. (Especially in the Daniel h/c department.)

So far Daniel has had his wife kidnapped, seen his wife as host to a Goa'uld, got beaten up by Jack, been turned into a Neanderthal, been presumed dead (he wasn't dead), fallen for a Goddess, been shot by Alt!Teal'c, been shot by Jaffa and almost died, almost got blown up, almost got killed in prison, relived his parents' deaths, became addicted to using a sarcophagus...

...and I'm not even a third of the way through season 2.

Was it canon or fanon that called him Dead Again Daniel?
