27. Would you break the law to save a loved one?

Save their life? Absolutely.

26. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?

I'm guessing this question isn't about my cognitive ability to realise my age, which is how I first read it, but means, "How old do you feel mentally?"

The answer to that is: In my late 30s.

25. When is it time to stop calculating risk and rewards and just do what you know is right?

I guess, when the situation is dire.

24. When you are 80-years-old, what will matter to you the most?

My loved ones.

22. What would you regret not fully doing, being or having in your life?

I'd regret not writing. I'd regret not having Daisy, Christine, Elaine, and you guys.

21. If you had to teach something, what would you teach?

Basic English writing skills and I'd throw things at the worst pupils.

20. Which activities make you lose track of time?

Playing video games, especially card, word, or puzzle games.

19. If you had a friend who spoke to you in the same way that you sometimes speak to yourself, how long would you allow this person to be your friend?

Very probably far too long. It took me several months to snap about Claire and I didn't even like her in the first place.

18. Is it possible to lie without saying a word?

Absolutely. Just keep silent when people voice an assumption.

16. Have you done anything lately worth remembering?

By me? I used some feathers to play with Daisy. She had fun. :oD

15. If not now, then when?

Soon!

(Let's hope it's something good!)

14. What is the difference between living and existing?

Living is when you enjoy life. Existing is when you don't.

13. Do you celebrate the things you do have?

Not enough. I'm in my own home, with the help I need. I have a pc, a kindle, and the internet to entertain me. And I live with the fluffiest diva in the western hemisphere.

(Who, btw, likes to get a stroke then pull my hand to her mouth so she can gnaw on it a little. I'm bullied, I tell ya.)

12. What would you do differently if you knew nobody would judge you?

Hmmm, if I knew it'd have no effect on my life at all?

I'd never go to my hospital appointments. I'd save myself the stress and aggravation of spending 4 hours (waiting for patient transport, travelling, waiting to be seen, waiting for patient transport, and travelling home again) just to spend 10 minutes seeing a specialist.

I go in case there's been a development in treatment, and in case I need those specialists to tell the benefits system that I'm still this disabled.

11. Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength?

Neither. I believe tears are a natural biological function. Having said that, I dislike crying in front of people so maybe I do see it as a weakness.

9. What’s a belief that you hold with which many people disagree?

Well...I can understand why Flat-Earthers believe the Earth is flat.

Let me make it clear, before your eyeballs pop from their sockets, I don't agree with them at all. The Earth is round like a ball, not round like a plate (as I think Terry Pratchett said).

But how do I (or you) know? Because people have told us so. I don't know anyone who's circum-navigated the globe or been up in space and given the Earth's backside a quick ogle. But lots of people say so, so it must be true. Right?

Um, no. People spread misinformation all the time: Vaccines are bad; Shakespeare didn't write his own plays; Trump isn't breaking any laws at all. You get the idea.

I believe the Earth is round (like a ball) because of the huge difference in timezones. I think if the Earth was flat, much more of us would have the same sunrise and sunset times.

So, I believe the Earth is round (like a ball) but I can understand mistrusting information you can't actually verify.

8. Who do you love and what are you doing about it?

A. Daisy.
B. Buying her toys and treats before I go bankrupt.

7. Do you ask enough questions or do you settle for what you know?

If I have enough energy, I ask.

6. What do you wish you spent more time doing five years ago?

Writing. I could still type using the actual keyboard then (instead of using the mouse to type on an onscreen keyboard as I do now). Now I type about 10 words a minute so it takes me forever to write a story. My typing wasn't super fast 5 years ago as I was typing with one finger on my left hand and most of my fingers on my right, but it was quicker than this.

5. What life lesson did you learn the hard way?

People lie over the stupidest of things.
