I don't tend to argue with people. I've got into a few shouting matches with Elaine (my aunt). She seems to argue a lot.

I like eggs. Poached eggs on toast is a favourite.

C is for Car: Do you have one? What kind? If not, how do you usually travel?
No car! I go by wheelchair taxi or patient transport.

Squeaky Bean Nuggs, mash, and beans.

That would be Christine. She's the kindest person I know.

H is for Home: Where do you consider to be your "hometown"? Is it where you live now?
I'm a Lancashire lass at heart. It's where I am now.

A message board I'm on, Reddit, Facebook.

J is for Job: What did you want to be when you grew up? Are you doing that now?
I wanted to be a writer. I write fanfic, so yes.

K is for Kitchen: Are you a good cook? What's your go-to dish?
I've never been a good cook.

L is for Learning: Are you studying or learning anything new right now?
I'm always learning something new. Life is a journey.

M is for Movies: What's the last one you watched and did you like it?
The Halfway House, from 1944. It was interesting but a bit disappointing.

N is for Nightmares: Do you have bad dreams? Any recurring themes?
I do have bad dreams occasionally, but I don't think they're repetitive.

O is for Orders: What's the last thing you bought online?
Christmas cards and puzzle books for my step-grandmother.

P is for Pop Culture: Do you follow the world of celebrity and know what the hottest new music, movies and trends are?
Not at all.

Q is for Quiet: If you're home alone, do you like silence or background noise like music or the TV?
Silence please! I put music on when I want to listen to it and the TV on when I want to watch it.

R is for Reading: What's your go-to genre?
1930s murder mystery.

S is for Sweets: What's your favorite dessert or sweet treat?
Favourite? Hmm. Chocolate profiteroles, maybe.

T is for Travel: Where did you last take a trip?
An actual trip? LA in 2005.

U is for Useless: Name something you're just really bad at
*looks at last question* Going on holiday.

V is for Vision: Do you wear glasses or contact lenses?
Glasses. I have done since I was 19.

W is for Weather: What's your perfect day, weather-wise?
A bright sunny day. Blue skies, white clouds, and a breeze to keep me cool.

The ability to move things with my mind.

*Most* interesting? I have a few. Tudor times for royalty, and the 1930/40s for ordinary people.
