Italian - pasta, pizza.

3. What ingredient could you not live without?
Quorn.

4. What do you never let in your kitchen?
Surprisingly not meat. I'm vegetarian, my cats aren't. But I don't and won't ever buy celery - I'm allergic to it.

5. What is your favorite drink?
Diet coke or coffee.

Holy Cow - they put celery in everything these days!

Here, they stick it in most prepared foods as a spice - soups; seasonings on commercial meats etc. Not easy to avoid.

Yeah, they like to use celery in a lot of stuff over here too. Fortunately, I don't have any reaction to Fennel or Aniseed, which is lucky as I like them. :oD
