My mind can be a strange, strange place

I saw the acronym "SWATH" used on an online gossip board referring to the 'Snow White film'. Maybe I haven't been paying enough attention to all things cinema, but my mind came up with "Snow White and the Hobbits", and I promptly started imagining poor Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin getting back from Gondor only to find Snow White had taken over Bag End.

Fortunately, before insanity took over completely, I realised it's "Snow White and the Huntsman".

I'm still rather taken with the idea of Frodo and co scheming to get yon lanky wench with the high-pitched voice to stop singing and get her ass out of Bag End.

LOL Well, at least she would have cleaned it up nicely for them, which is better than what actually happened! She'd have cooked for them, too. They'd have forgiven her anything if she'd given them a good meal!

I frequently have to stop and think about acronyms. I read fandom_secrets and got awfully confused for a while as people would use "da" for "different anon". I was thinking there was an awful lot of Russian people on there who seemed to agree with each other a lot. o.O
