19 – When you have bunnies, do you sit down and start writing right away, or do you write down the idea for further use?

It depends entirely on how big and persistent the bunny is. *imagines a Harvey-sized bunny knocking on the door*

Sometimes (Alas, Poor Fargo), I've had the story straight away, and other times (Just Another Normal Day) I've left it simmering for awhile. Once the story hits a certain temperature though, it's got to be written. If I don't use the idea straight away, I'll often write it down to make sure I don't lose track of it.

That pretty much sums up my experience when I was writing! Though there were those occasional ficlets where I just start writing and somehow a bunny appears along the way! :D

Plot bunnies are very, very sneaky!!! I've had more than one 'small bunny' turn into an epic!

I do both too, though more often that not I put them aside for future use these days...will have to dust them off at some point LOL.
