Day 13: History

I love history! I love reading about people's lives in different times. How they survived, what kinds of jobs they could have, the food they ate, the clothes they wore. It's absolutely fascinating.

My favourite time periods are Tudor times, the Regency, Victorian times, and 1910s-1940s.

At one point I seriously considered studying history at uni but then went another direction.

Yes, I love history too. My two best subjects at school were history and physics, which in no way makes me contradictory! ;) I love a good history book (some are horribly dry, I admit, but the good ones are really good). The Time Traveller's Guides series by Ian Mortimer are my favourites at the moment. I must get the latest one.

Good history books are amazing to read. They really pull you in.
