18. What is the most extreme weather you have ever experienced?

I think it was the winter at the beginning of 2011. It froze, it snowed, it froze, it snowed... The ice was inches thick and traffic shut down all over the place. It felt like it took forever to warm up into spring.

I don't remember that. I was living up a hill in the middle of nowhere at the time, and do vaguely remember being stuck up there for a while. I was unemployed at the time though, and largely indifferent. I do recall falling over in the ice whilst walking the dog, and waking up the next morning with my entire right side refusing to speak to me! And then falling over in the ice whilst trying to help my mother deliver something, and smacking my head on the road. That was probably 2011. I don't remember though. Maybe something to do with the head/road combo. ;) Of course, I'm further south than you, so it might not have been so bad for so long here.
