I wash my face with Heads & Shoulders shampoo and cold water. I need to find a good moisturiser.

I follow the Doctor Who skin care regimen. Sometimes I EX-FOL-I-ATE!, EX-FOL-I-ATE! Other times it's "Moisturize me! Moisturize me!"

Because of my work (and also because my skin hates me!) I am frequently in pain due to split hands. I need something pretty heavy duty, and can recommend Vaseline Intensive Care. It's quite expensive, but fortunately seems to be half price quite a lot, so you have to pick your moments!

Oddly enough, there something in Vaseline I can't tolerate. A few years back, I used some on my top lip and nose when I had a cold and my lips swelled up to Angelina Jolie size. I don't dare touch the stuff!

I don't blame you! Have you tried good old plain cocoa butter? That's pretty effective.

I hope your hands are doing okay. I had cracked skin for a while and it was pretty annoying.
