I've just finished my 2nd full run through The Good Place. Of all of them, I think season 3 is the weakest. It's only the second time I've watched the last episode. I think anyone who's seen it will understand why.

I watched the first episode of Hustle. It was okay. For "criminals pulling cons" I much prefer Leverage.

And I've just finished the first episode of Shakespeare and Hathaway. That was rather enjoyable so I think I'll try the rest of the first season.

I've never watched either properly, because I get stressed when main characters commit crimes on a regular basis, but I believe Leverage is in fact the US version of Hustle, so you do at least owe Hustle thanks for something!

Oh, good! It's been ages since I watched S1 now, but I do recall being a bit iffy on it over some stuff in ep1, and then it just got better after that.

I think you're probably right about S3 in TGP, but OTOH I also get why they needed to do that arc as well within what they were trying to accomplish - but it's much more fun in the afterlife!!

I kind of do the opposite with the finale - I'm just, oh, I love it, let's watch it again!

And then it gets near the end and me (on my fourth time): oh noo, it's sad!! /o\
