Date: 2010-02-02 12:54 am (UTC)Oddly enough, a friend of mine started calling me 'Hobbit' just after I'd finished writing "Lord of the Drunks" (which involved "LOTR: Return of the King", plus Elves and a Hobbit). She hadn't read the story at that point, it was just a coincidence. Pretty weird though.

And what a weird coincidence! 'Arn' is from 'Arnie', which is the name I use for my fanfic, and I acquired that in my first fandom (so I've been using it since 2000). 'Hobbit' was from a friend of mine, who thinks I'm rather Hobbit-like, and that was when the third LOTR film ("Return of the King") was out.
