Obviously, this firm is doing me a *favour*.
Ages ago, a friend of mine gave me vouchers for Wiltshire Farm Foods. They provide frozen meals of various types that can just be put into the microwave to defrost and heat up. The meals look nice, and the website states the delivery driver will put them straight into your freezer if you want.
As I can now get into the kitchen more easily (thanks to the wheelchair), I decided to give it a go and see how good the meals are. So I sorted out an order last night. One thing that put me off was that there was nothing to say *when* they'd deliver. I'm used to Tesco's and being able to choose a day and time to suit.
At the end, they took my phone number and said they'd be in touch to arrange delivery.
Today, I get an email stating they'll deliver on Monday.
Is that convenient for me? Do they care?
And...there was no time mentioned *at all*. So I've just phoned them, all the while wondering why the hell *I'm* chasing *them* to get information of a delivery I'm paying for. Oh yeah, it'll be here between 8 and 9 in the morning.
Am I impressed? NO. Can you tell?
So, basically, unless you have the option to rearrange your schedule to make sure *you* can accomodate *them*, don't bother ordering from Wiltshire Foods.
