If you're at all curious, there's an article here.

I found it interesting, as well as funny in places. The guy who wrote the article is a journalist who attended butler school to find out what it's all about.

My favourite bit:

On the plus side, my incompetence brings up some valuable teaching moments for the rest of the class: How does one properly notify Sir that one has dropped arugula in his hair? And what does one do after one clocks Madame in the face with one's tray?
