Wiltshire Farm Foods rang today

I haven't put in an order since October, so they rang to check everything was okay.

Back in October, I made this post, about how the vegetarian strawberry mousse I'd bought from them contained beef gelatine. I left a 1 star review on the product that was never posted. I meant to follow it up with a call to Wiltshire Farm Foods but never did.

So, I told the poor CSR on the phone what happened and pointed out I couldn't trust their products to actually be vegetarian. And the strawberry mousse is still up on the website and labelled veggie.

The CSR said she'll look into it and get back to me.

That's appalling. It just goes to show that I should check everything- even if it's labelled vegetarian.

That's terrible! Here's hoping they sort it out, but really, they shouldn't have made the error in the first place.

It may be they've changed the ingredients but more likely they just haven't noticed.

That is such a big no no you'd have thought somebody would have acted on it by now. And waiting to contact you now after being a regular customer is poor too. I hope the CSR will look into and get back to you.

I had another phonecall from one of their CSRs. Apparently, the strawberry mousses are now veggie, but they're trying to find out why my review was ignored and not acted upon. So, watch this space.
