Unless I could fix things (like not break my foot and spend months in agony), then take a year of my life.

I haven't met so many that any were mundane!

3 What's the best advice you've ever received and ignored?
Put your legs up every day, it'll help ease the swelling.

4 What's the best museum you've ever been to?
One I went to as a kid. They had a recreation of a Victorian street. I loved it.

Yep.

This meme is a brilliant mixture of good questions and utterly ridiculous ones! Favourite museum... well, that would have to be the Natural History Museum, though I've not been since the '80s. London is somewhat inaccessible! It's the sort of place where my heart lies, though. Fell in love with it utterly as a very small child.

There's some good ones in York. Very much enjoyed the Castle Museum, the Railway Museum, and the Yorvik Museum when my school had a week-long field trip up there in 1986. Also the Shambles, not strictly a museum, I don't think, but is filled with period shops, and was fascinating.

Ooh, I really liked York's Castle Museum. It had some lovely exhibits - plus an adult-sized creepy Victorian 'pram' (like a low set modern day stroller with a hood) for invalids to be taken out in.
