Usually by myself. Sometimes to the sounds of my carers coming in.

Last night, my roughly lion-sized ginger boy, George, got into bed with me. He usually prefers to sleep above the covers, but turns out he doesn't like these high winds! Just as I was dozing off, I felt something tickling my shoulder, which felt like something crawling on it, and when I put up my hand to brush it off, I found out that what had actually happened was that George had nodded off to sleep with his head on my shoulder. He's one of those cats who dribble as they purr, and the tickling was my shoulder having got absolutely flooded. Lovely.
