Mystery solved!
Sep. 10th, 2020 05:04 pmThe lady from the housing association rang me back. She still had no idea who/what/why, so I suggested she check any repair list for number 11 since we share the same path. She said she'd do that.
A short while later she rang me again to say it was on the repair list for number 11. Also, the repair team manager would be phoning me.
He did... He also expressed his confusion as to why number 11's path was affecting me. I explained it's a joint path to my front door and number 11's but it wasn't until I said it's a pair of flats that he understood. You'd think it would say on the system.
I pointed out that my carers are having to use number 13's path in order to get past the cement. I also pointed out I wouldn't have been able to get home if I'd been out. He apologised and agreed I should have been notified.
I'm just hoping this issue doesn't raise its ugly head again.
The manager said the concrete is dry enough to walk on now. My carers totally disagree. There's a rather large footprint at the other end. There's also a lot of pawprints. :oD

Date: 2020-09-12 09:28 am (UTC)I'm rather concerned though that my housing association had no idea #11 was an upstairs flat.
