TWO good things this week!

dimity_blueIn my search for a reliable supplier* of Squeaky Bean 'chicken' nuggets and 'fish' fingers, I did another search and found Sainsbury's are now selling them. I was a bit surprised as they didn't have them listed the last time I searched. But I ordered a home delivery, it was delivered yesterday morning, and I can categorically state that they are Squeaky Bean Nuggets and Fingers, and they taste just as good as ever.
*Asda is not reliable. They're usually sold out. Consider me displeased.
The second good thing?
I had to order a certain amount from Sainsbury's (you know the routine), so I added a book of 12 2nd class stamps (for £7.80) as Christmas is a'coming with all the subtlety of a drunkard in hobnailed boots. However, I realised last night that none of my carers had asked me where I wanted my book of stamps. Eve had done my cleaning call but she said she hadn't seen any stamps and she also said Emma had put away most of the shopping. Emma and Ellie had covered my personal calls and they'd helped put away the shopping.
Eve texted Emma ad asked about the stamps but got no response.
Today, I had Anne and Talia on my calls. I said to them at lunch that I was worried my stamps were lost, and I didn't want to buy them again as £7.80 is a fair chunk of change. "Stamps?" Anne echoed. Then she darted off into the kitchen and came back with them in her hand.
They were in my recycling tub! It's a good thing Anne pays attention or they'd be put out with the rest of the recycling. The cellophane bag they were in must have been stuck to the receipt Sainsbury's gave me. At least I have them now.

Update on my sleeping: I slept better than the night before but it really wasn't very good.
