The title is self-explanatory, but feel free to take a look. Hope you enjoy!
Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) is a TV series from the 1960's, which starred Mike Pratt as Jeff Randall, a private investigator, and Kenneth Cope as Marty Hopkirk, Jeff's gone-but-not-forgotten partner. In the first ep, Marty is murdered but rises from the grave in order to help Jeff solve the crime. Unfortunately for Marty, he stays too long and is unable to return to the grave. So what's a ghost to do? Stick around and help his partner solve cases, of course!
This particular case is All Work and No Pay.
This is Henry Foster (Alfred Burke):

And here he is with his brother, George (Dudley Foster).

(Note the weapon.)
On this particular night, Henry and George are parked outside the London flat belonging to that lovely widow Mrs. Marty Hopkirk, who's having a quiet night catching up on her reading when things start flying around the room.

Beware oncoming vases.
This is entirely due to Henry and George who are outside with a handy little doodad in their hands, but Jeannie (Mrs. Hopkirk) doesn't know that.
Handy little doodad in George's hands:

Once Jeannie realises her possessions are (apparently) possessed, she rings Jeff for help.

Jeff abandons his guitar and rushes to the rescue. While he's there, Marty pops in, and he's a bit disappointed that Jeannie's falling behind on her housework.

Jeannie, (who can't see Marty at all), explains that she thinks Marty's trying to contact her. Marty (who's affronted that his wife thinks he'd be contacting her by throwing vases around) urges Jeff to remind her that he was never a violent man.

While Jeff does his best to reassure Jeannie, Marty is distracted by noticing that Jeff is in his pyjamas. And he's in Marty's flat...with Marty's wife!

The next day, Jeff is in his office with Marty when Jeannie phones. She'll be late getting in as she has visitors.

Henry and George doing their utmost to look sincere.
They're Spiritualists, you see. And they want to help Jeannie contact her husband...oh, and to offer her a job. All she has to do is find people who want help contacting their dearly departed and send them to the Foster brothers.
Jeannie's tempted, and finally agrees that she'll consider their offer and discuss it with her partner.

When Jeannie gets to the office though, she finds Jeff has:

And where does the owner and manager of his own private investigation firm lunch?
At the local laundromat so he can do his laundry at the same time.

When Jeannie arrives, she tells Jeff about the job offer. He's not happy, especially when Jeannie points out that the company can barely support Jeff, let alone her too.

Later that night, Jeff tells Marty his misgivings, and Marty goes off to take a closer look at the mysterious Foster brothers, who live here, so they're not short of money.

To Marty's shock, he finds Jeannie's paying them a visit too.

Henry demonstrates his own psychic abilities by telling Jeannie that her beloved husband is standing right next to her.

Marty isn't impressed at all, especially when Henry claims Marty's disturbed...cue the furniture being thrown around again.

But Henry reassures Jeannie (more indignation from Marty) that they'll help Marty communicate.

Marty goes off back to Jeff and tells him they need a plan to stop Jeannie from taking this job and having anything to do with the creepy Foster brothers.

Jeff goes to see an old actress friend of his, Laura. She's pleased to see him...

...though she's really more interested in the booze he's brought with him.

Having said that, she agrees to help. Unfortunately, Jeff needs money for his plan, so he's off to hock his best possessions.

Only to be turned down flat by the pawnbroker...as Henry and George got there first.

Jeannie, meanwhile, has been back to see the Foster brothers and has accepted their offer.

But when she sees Jeff, he persuades her to go see this client as he's positive the job will pay well. What he doesn't mention is that he stripped his flat of everything pawnable, including his blankets and curtains, and gave the money to Laura for her to give to Jeannie. Jeannie agrees to give the firm of Randall and Hopkirk one last chance, and goes off to see Laura...

...who's been imbibing the booze and isn't quite sure if it's her son she wants found or if she'd rather get in touch with her dear departed father.

Jeannie returns to the office, where Jeff is completely absorbed in reading a file and not particularly interested in the 'big job' Jeannie's sorted for them. Which is just as well, as the £250 fee Laura was supposed to pay has turned into £25.

Jeff rushes off to Laura's to get his money back, but she's gone...
...and is visiting the Foster brothers.

At first everything goes amazingly well but then they reveal rather more of their plan than they ever told to Jeannie.
The Foster brothers have decided that their lack of success in contacting the dead is purely due to the dead being completely unaware of the Fosters doing their utmost to contact them. The solution is obvious. Step 1: They tell Laura they'll be contacting her once she's dead. Step 2: Kill Laura off. Step 3: Contact Laura on the other side.
Laura is less than enamoured of the plan.

Henry and George think it's their most brilliant plan yet.

Laura makes a break for the door...

...only to find it's locked.

Henry and George retire to their control room.

Henry keeps an eye on the proceedings while George makes the furniture fly.

Laura, though, is stubborn.

Once the shutters are forced open, she escapes!

Only to find...

And Henry and George are close behind.

Soon after, Jeff arrives and while he asks to see Laura, Marty goes to see what Henry is up to.

Henry's burning Laura's clothing.

And hiding her car.

Marty catches up with Jeff and tells him to head back to the house for Laura's definitely there...assuming she's still alive.

Jeff finds the car...

...but Henry finds him.
George calls Jeannie and persuades her to come over.

Instead of running the other way, she arrives to discover that Jeff's a prisoner...and so is she.

The Foster brothers decide to expand their original plan to include Jeff and Jeannie.

And while they're trying to avoid flying furniture...

...Jeff finds a moment to tell Marty to do something.

Marty rushes off to the nearest electrical plant.

Once he's found what he needs, all he has to do is cause an overload.

Which he does.

Henry and George are most put out that their electrics have failed them.

But accept that luck isn't with them tonight.

Jeff, in the meantime, calls for the police.

As Henry and George are taken away, they express the polite hope that they can try again soon.

Jeff and Jeannie don't even pretend to think that one over.

While Jeannie goes to her car, Jeff breaks the news to Marty that he blew out the electrics for the entire south east, and the outage made the news.

Jeannie drives Jeff back to his car, only to find...

Laura. Very much alive, though sans clothing, so isn't it lucky Jeff had a newspaper in his car?
