Charmian Carr has gone

I know The Sound of Music was made 50 odd years ago, so even the actress playing little Gretl is older than me, but I'm still shocked to hear Charmian Carr has died.

RIP, sweet Liesl.

It's sad when the actresses and actors start passing because you realize that you're getting older. I think I read somewhere that she had a really good life. She will be missed.

I hope she did. She seemed like a sweet person.

I think it's more of a shock when it's someone you think of as always young. She aged but Liesl didn't.
