Wow, where do I start?

I wish I had a cure for muscular dystrophy (and, while I'm there I'd like a cure for a number of other diseases). I wish I had a body that worked well - well, better than it does.

I wish I had more money so I could help out those who need it. I wish I had the ability to fix things for people so their lives would be a bit easier. I wish I had a way to find a loving home for every orphan and every stray animal, shelter for the homeless, and food for the hungry.

I wish I had the ability to read people's minds so I can never be lied to again. I wish I had the ability to stop liars and con artists so no one else will be lied to. I wish I had the ability to protect the weak and help those who need help.

I wish I had the ability to stop fires and disasters, to evacuate the trapped, and stop destruction. I wish I could make this world a kinder, gentler place with no suffering and no hate.
